Bringing Reading2Connect to your community

What do I receive with the Reading2Connect Program?

Employee/care partner training, books, and supporting materials. The content and length of the training depends on the community, eg, LTC, library, adult day center. The books are digital and in print on washable, tear-resistant paper. The number of books depends on the setting. The supporting materials also depend on the setting, but for most communities, the supporting materials include a User Guide, book stands, and Reading Screens.

What is the cost of the Reading2Connect Programs?

Program costs can be found on the Program Order page.

How do I purchase a program?

You can purchase a program with a credit card online; you will receive a paid invoice in the process.

To purchase with a check or direct deposit, contact us to request an invoice. Payment instructions will be included on the invoice.

Do I have to open a Reading2Connect account?

Yes. In order to access the Reading2Connect training specifically for your community, you have to be logged into your account at Reading2Connect.com.

What happens after a payment is made for a Reading2Connect Program?

After payment is received, we will email you access to the recorded training. You will be able to access the training by logging into your Reading2Connect account.

Reminder: Share your login information with any team members who will be using the Reading2Connect books in your community. You want the Montessori-based methodology and approach to be shared throughout your community so that the individuals enoying the books may have the best literary experiences possible.

Note: Your community will have lifetime access to the training, enabling the program to thrive for years, even with staff and volunteer turnover.

When do we receive our materials?

Once at least one person from your community has completed the training, your books and supporting materials will be shipped. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Note: if a book is damaged at anytime, we'll replace it at no cost.

Reminder: You also have lifetime access to the Reading2Connect eBooks and Video Books that come with your program. You can access these digital products once payment is received by logging into your Reading2Connect account.

What if I'm not sure how to use all of these materials?

That is where the training comes in. The content of all our trainings stems from feedback from your professional peers. Libraries will see how other libraries are using the Reading2Connect materials, community-based organizations will learn how others in those settings are using the Reading2Connect materials, and so forth. The training gives you a solid foundation so you don't have to reinvent the wheel.

Can we order additional books?

Yes. Once a community has completed the training and purchased a program, then they may order additional books anytime. They will be provided with a private shop link only for Reading2Connect practitioners.

Reminder: We have books in various languages, as well as books that may be enjoyed by individuals living with mild cognitive impairment.
