The Reading2Connect® Care Partner Program is designed for individuals (e.g., family members, volunteers, companions) who wish to enrich their one-to-one social interactions with adults living with cognitive changes. Our program consists of age/dementia friendly books and training. In our training session, we explore: • How dementia affects--and does not affect--one’s ability to read. • What conditions are needed for aging adults to read on their own. • How to maximize the benefits of highly readable books.
